C Street will be closed from Sutton to Union for the Grand Prix on April 25 and 26, according to an announcement made on April 7. The closure will take place from 8:00 am to 11:00 am each day to accommodate the start of the races.

The street will reopen at 11:00 am both days, allowing regular traffic flow after the morning race events. Organizers said that thru traffic should use B Street during these hours, as the race course will proceed east on Union, preventing vehicles from crossing between D and R Streets.

The annual Grand Prix is expected to draw participants and spectators, making it necessary to implement temporary road closures for safety and logistical reasons. These changes are intended to minimize disruption while ensuring a safe environment for everyone involved in the event.

Residents and visitors are advised to plan their routes accordingly during these times. Updates or additional information regarding detours may be provided by local authorities as needed.
