Carson City recently issued the following announcement.

As part of its biennial work to review the Charter of Carson City, the Charter Review Committee is requesting public review and comment to help perfect the City’s governing document. Carson City residents can access the City Charter and submit their comments at www.carson.org/crc/input Comments may also be submitted by email to swood@carson.org or in writing to Charter Review Committee, c/o City Manager’s Office, 201 N. Carson Street, Ste 2, Carson City, NV 89701.

The Charter Review Committee will be accepting public comment and suggestions starting February 24th through March 31st, 2022. The Committee will review all submissions specifically related to amending the City Charter and will make final decisions on suggested changes to be presented to the Board of Supervisors.
