Date: Monday November 15th

First Come First Serve

Vaccines Available

Pfizer Ages 12 and older (1st, 2nd & 3rd Doses)

Ages 12 to 17 must have parental consent

Moderna 18 and older (1st 2nd & 3rd Doses)

Jansses and older ( 1st & 2nd Doses)

Time: 7AM to 10AM

Location: Main Hospital Entrance Administrative Hallway
