City of Fernley recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Fernley is requesting CMAR Request for Proposals for Project City of Fernley Community Response & Resource Center in Fernley, Nevada. The Project Owner is City of Fernley, 595 Silver Lace Blvd, Fernley, NV 89408 and the Architect Firm is Tate Snyder Kimsey Architects. The CMAR shall be qualified to enter into contracts as a CMAR in accordance with Nevada Revised Statues Section 338.1691 prior to submitting a response to this Request for Proposals. For the submittal packet, please email cmarrfp@cityoffernley.org. All questions or comments pertaining to the RFP should be directed to the Project Manager, Cumming Management Group at email cmarrfp@cityoffernley.org. Delivery Deadline for Proposals is May 17, 2022 at 2:00 pm local time. Proposal packages (7 copies required) from all interested parties will be accepted at the front desk of the City of Fernley, Nevada office (address listed above).
