Cottonwood Lane Reconstruction Project Update: Construction Week 3/13 - 3/17/2023

Exhibit No. 1
BEGINNING MONDAY MARCH 13TH SIERRA NEVADA CONSTRUCTION WILL BE INSTALLING CONCRETE IMPROVEMENTS ON COTTONWOOD LANE.
WORK ZONE: 3/13 THROUGH 3/17/2023. WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM TO 4:30 PM
TO FACILITATE THE TIMELY COMPLETION OF THIS WORK, TRAFFIC WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
COTTONWOOD LANE AT ROSEWOOD DRIVE 3/13-3/14/2023:
TRAFFIC WILL BE DETOURED ALONG JILL MARIE LANE TO BRIERWOOD LANE TO COOK WAY TO COTTONWOOD LANE. ROSEWOOD DRIVE WILL BE OPEN TO TRAFFIC OUTSIDE OF WORKING HOURS.
COTTONWOOD LANE (COOK WAY TO BARDOT WAY) 3/13-3/17/2023:
SHOULDER CLOSURES WILL BE PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE WORK ZONE. TWO-WAY TRAFFIC WILL BE MAINTAINED DURING ALL SHOULDER CLOSURES.

BBEGINNING MONDAY, MARCH 13TH SIERRA NEVADA CONSTRUCTION WILL BE CONDUCTING WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS ON COTTONWOOD LANE.
WORK ZONE: 3/13 THROUGH 3/17/2023. WORK HOURS: 7:30 AM TO 4:30 PM
TO FACILITATE THE TIMELY COMPLETION OF THIS WORK, TRAFFIC WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
US 50A/US 95A:
SOUTHBOUND SHOULDER CLOSURE. TWO-WAY TRAFFIC WILL BE MAINTAINED.
COTTONWOOD LANE:
ALTERNATING FLAGGER CONTROLLED ONE-WAY TRAFFIC. FLAGGERS WILL BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES TO ASSIST MOTORISTS IN NAVIGATING THE WORK ZONE.
Please choose your travels with this in mind and take an alternate route if possible.
Remember to drive slowly through the construction zone while our contractors work diligently to complete this portion of the project.
