There were two Asian students enrolled in Storey County district in the 2022-23 school year, the same number as the previous year, according to the Nevada Accountability Portal.

Data showed that Storey County welcomed a total of 416 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, Asian students comprised 0.5% of the student body to be the second least represented ethnicity in the county.

Storey County School District was the only district in the county which enrolled Asian students in the 2022-23 school year.

Enrollment in Nevada has experienced a notable decline, falling nearly 2% over the last four years.

Meanwhile, Nevada has roughly one teacher for every 22 students, compared to the national average of one teacher for every 16 students.
